Because we ship live plants internationally, our policy is built around their condition on arrival.
? Damaged or Dead-on-Arrival Plants
If a plant arrives damaged or dead on arrival, email natorylabs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement on the next export or with store credit.
? What's Not Covered
- Normal transit stress, such as yellowing or minor wilting, that recovers with care
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Refusal of customs duties or of delivery
✋ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the weekly export is prepared. Please contact us as early as possible at natorylabs@gmail.com.
