? How to Transplant & Care for Tissue-Culture Plants ?

Follow these steps to acclimate your plants safely after they arrive.

  1. ? Open the flask in a shaded, cool and — most importantly — clean environment.
  2. ? Carefully remove the plants and rinse the remaining gel off the roots. This is important, as leftover gel encourages fungal growth once the plant is exposed to non-sterile conditions.
  3. ? Soak the plants for 5–10 minutes. Suggested rates — Physan 20 or Carbendazim 2–3 ml/L · Captan 2–3 g/L · Betadine 2–3 drops/L.
  4. ♨️ Soak peat moss in hot water for 5–10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water completely.
  5. ? Add the peat moss to a pot, place the plant inside, and arrange it neatly.
  6. ? Water lightly. Do not over-water, as this will cause root rot.
  7. ? Keep the plant in a zip-lock bag or a clear plastic box as a mini-greenhouse for 3–4 weeks.
